At Mehbob Mover Packer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which bookings can be cancelled and refunds can be requested for our moving and packing services in Business Bay, UAE.

By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before scheduled service:
    Full refund (if advance payment was made).
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled service:
    Cancellation charges may apply to cover operational and scheduling costs.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show:
    No refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Service cancellation within the allowed timeframe.
  • Overpayment or duplicate payment.
  • Service unavailability from our side after confirmation.

All refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business working days.

3. Advance Payments & Deposits

  • Any advance payment or deposit is subject to the cancellation terms mentioned above.
  • Deposits may become non-refundable for last-minute cancellations or urgent bookings.

4. Service Modifications

If you need to modify your booking date, time, or service details:

  • Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We will try our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer unavailability at the pickup location.
  • Inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  • Restricted access or lack of parking permission.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.

6. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review your complaint and aim to resolve it fairly and professionally.
